A seasoned agent, often they have assistants as well, understands the idea of a "sales pipeline" and they understand that often the seeds they are planting today won't be reaped until months down the road.

The only plank flooring I've worked with so far that got completely soaked and had no issues is Adura.

There's a lot investors that soak up the properties fast!

I think it will plant a seed in her  mind that the property is actually worth more. 

So if you have a 401K for example you are not taxed at the beginning (or like the book says on the seed), but taxed when you go to pull the money out usually at a higher rate (on the harvest).

Soak in everything like a sponge on here and the Biggerpockets podcasts.

In your worst defeats you will likely find the seeds of victory to be sown elsewhere.
