Time to reminisce for you seasoned vets....

When agents are not in the same office, there is less coffee machine talk (ie pillow talk).

I plan on refinancing as soon as possible, what are my options in terms of refinancing a rental property without much of a seasoning period? 

I've targeting the central NJ area (Edison, Hillsborough, Princeton, Manville, Somerville, etc) as well as along the Jersey Shore (seasonality creates a challenge to find something where the numbers work, but the opportunity for appreciation is good). 

That being said, I am having trouble analyzing the numbers and best refinancing strategies when it comes to interest rate and seasoning requirements.

I'm trying to keep this professional by using 3rd party maintenance but I do think this tenant is looking for problems and/or angling for me to discount rent.Any advice on how seasoned landlords would handle this tyoe of tenant?

The two have different seasoning periods.

I’m seventeen, work at dunkin, and I see room for a business that takes care of routine cleaning so inspection season isn’t such a freak out.

All the other info above is spot on however as a more seasoned officer now, I think trying to focus on tech school and active investing might be too much.
