Landlords responsibility, tank should not fill up if septic bed is functioning properly and tank is bumped every few years.

Build your confidence and speed at performing this key function.

Beyond that, it also scales infinitely - you can continue using it in this function going into the future.

If you guys will be on the top of the main functionality for small landlords (up to 30 units or so), you will win the game in this segment. 

BUT the island is always functional.

I'm not bashing equities or real estate, I'm saying that both asset classes have an important part to play in a well diversified investment portfolio.Also, a recession only destroys a 401K if you panic sell, those who did nothing but continue to dollar cost average throughout the last recession are sitting on pretty gains right now (by the way, real estate investors functioned the same way, those who bought during the last recession did great, those who panicked lost their shirts). 

Legally, they would have to work with the realtor on this...my function would be to watch learn and assist. 

We only repair or replace things if they have obviously reached functional obsolescence.

I've done that before and it makes such a huge difference in the way the kitchen actually functions.
