My way of thinking if it was slipped somewhere in the body of the agreement and not exactly on the term of the lease where lender would look at that should appease most lenders that wants a long-term lease in place.

The "on behalf of" language is actually important. unless you sign "your name, manager" or "your name, member" depending on what your operating agreement requires, but the right way to do it is:ABC, LLCBy:____________________ Your name, ManagerThe actual lease says the LLC as landlord in the body and you just signed using your name, right?
