I have an LLC that owns 4 properties in Kansas, I own a rental and our primary residence in Colorado under our personal names, not the LLC. 

I'd love to talk, listen, and please feel free to realign my expectations or provide some experience and anecdotes - please go easy on me.

At the magistrate, a person can represent themselves and an officer of an entity like an LLC can represent the entity.

But if I pull form surrounding areas I feel like my max listing would be about $285,000.

If it is vacant, and you feel that your agent is representing you to the best of their ability, then it is price.

But I am also cognizant that the PM/HM has taken over that huge slice of the SFR funding in the US  as I do that personally as well !!

This is what I suspected (even based on being a person living in a house myself!)

I currently own six properties in Indiana and I'm now looking to buy a condo here in Chicago for personal residence.

The person I sold it to made $40k weeks later doing nothing to the property but listing it on the MLS.All because he had more leverage.He knew I was in a tight situation financially and took advantage of me.He turned me into a motivated seller.

If the tenant says mold is present, inspect the home personally.
