Biggest issue is that the manufactured homes will now be 10 years older.  

We're RE Brokers, general & manufactured home contractors, developers, interior designers, investors and property managers in the North County Coastal area.

We developed the relationship with the modular home companies during the downturn in hopes of expanding our offerings and ended up building 3 homes with one manufacturer and 1 with another, we found there to be limited demand for the product in our area and minimal cost savings over similar stick built products.

4 years old may still have 1-6 years left on the manufacturer warranty

Having several years in manufacturing experience of cabinetry, the cost to assemble cabinets after parts are cut is minimal because from what I’ve seen costs to package parts versus packing an assembled box is greater because individual parts need packaged.

Believe the manufacturer was Omega and the quality is pretty good, maple with self closing doors.I'm looking to keep the cabinets under $4k and these seemed expensive. 

Can landlords suggest their FAVORITE colors (gray), and manufactures (i.e; Sherwin-Williams, Benj Moore, Behr, Glidden, etc).....

These are NOT the mobile/manufactured homes you might be thinking of, but are *real* homes built in modules in a faculty and then transported to your site and put together on a foundation with all utilities already stubbed up.
