For instance, if I'm targeting Tampa and encountering the same issue, I would pull my list from zip codes Pinellas County (Population 956k) instead of Hillsborough (Population 1.4MM).Also, if you're using PropStream or other software to pull your list then everybody in your market is basically targeting the same combination of sellers. 

Has anyone done done any more business with them since your first encounter?

No one I encountered is doing SEO correctly.There is not much of a challenge overtaking the #1 ranking websites I have seen thus far.You just have to do it correctly, that's all.And you don't need to pay or hire anyone for this.
