I seriously doubt it will ever come back as no logical investor will spend money to develop the area.

But if you are going to lead them on like you actually want to buy their house but really just want to lock it up in hopes of finding a buyer, then they have reason to doubt you.

I have considered offering a similar arrangement for window AC units but doubt it would be worthwhile due to the seasonal nature and added labor cost for installation and removal each year.I think that offering a washer and dryer is a nice amenity and can make a little money in the right situation (either from a laundry fee or as additional rent) but I doubt that the added cost and maintenance of coin operated machines would make it worthwhile in a 2 unit building.

Wait, young people are the last to be affected by cv, so i doubt they have an incentive to move, except due to the new telecommute trend.

But if you have an RV or equipment trailer you are storing on anything but a cement pad or blacktop you get a written warning.
