We usually stick to either refinishing the oak floors, which are very common in our 1960s Milwaukee housing stock, or quality LVP and LVT - especially for kitchens and bathrooms.

If you are paying a premium to just win the lien to make interest, most redeem with in the first year so even on houses and properties that will redeem 99.9% of the time, who would pay more than a few % over for those because you are not going to make much in interest and if they redeem in the first couple months you will lose money on all of those.

Instead, they typically provide cash for a percentage of your home's value (usually up to 30%) in exchange for a share of future house price appreciation.

Looking to build 2x 1800 sq-ft houses 

Sad part is I’m driven I can find great deals currently have 3 houses that can make tons off but I don’t have anyone to help me and everyone wants thousands of dollars and doesn’t really involve any kind of actual mentoring but begging for help on their chats.

I am wanting to buy another house cash, that eventually I will want to get a mortgage on and use the cash to buy another house in the future (if that makes sense).
