So you need to give them some kind of real incentive to sell.If it is an inherited house the original loan may not be in the name of the seller, but the deceased where credit is no longer an issue....so the incentive for the seller is some cash and maybe quick cash....chance for orderly move, chance to have money for a deposit or double deposit or triple deposit on a new place...money to pay rent for 2-3 months at the new place etc.

I am in the process of trying to locate an owner of a property and something is telling me not to give up on this one but I have ran out of resources to locate him and was wondering if any one had any ideas as I am willing to do what ever it takes to track him down I've  had talked to the neighbors and found out property has been vacant quite sometimeDone searches on the property to see if any other person has lived at the property to see if the owner was a landlord and nope just him since he purchased the property back in 09Went to the assessors office to see just maybe he has a different address on file but nope just the property is his address they have for himTried white pages called every single number listed for him & even FacebookThe guy at the assessors office told me he might just be deceased because he is also behind on taxes..Any advice i would gladly appreciate Thanks
