After thinking about it for a few years I've finally put my fears aside and started taking actionable steps to build my own real estate investment business in beautiful Wilmington, NC.

…true, however if you want to see your retirement dollars grow to be able to support you and the ones you love there needs to be some strong analysis followed by massive action.

Lay out the issue, lay out the solve and delegate the action items to your team- whether it's your RE team or corporate world team or family. - Even though I feel like yelling and punching some folks at times, I know sweet is better than sour. - Bottom line - as I approach 40, I deal with life and obstacles as if I have no time for BS (I don't).

I want to be ready to spring into action for the next tax sale so I too am seeking a mentor for tax liens  Let me know if you are free to meet for coffee and we can chat further  Rachel 

After listening to hours of banter and insightful advice from Josh and Brandon on the podcast as well as several of the books mentioned by their guests I decided to "take action".

With that being said, I'm working on a basic plan of action so I can get rolling.  

Any actions or advice you can suggest will be received by humble ears.

This way, I know what corrective actions I have to take.
