Looking for some advice

Hello All,

I'm looking for advice on best move.

Here's the situation. Should I pull the 50K of equity out of my home to invest in one or two properties or neither and why.

My market is almost at its highest peak, should I sell my property for its max. Then rent and buy homes at a lower rate then they are currently worth in a few years?

Thank you Brent, Bill and Adam. All of you make great Points. I will continue with my homework to formulate a business plan, keep an eye out for rehabs, and discounted properties.

Also, the 50k is true 50k. There is actually 70K in equity, I should be able to pull out the 50k with 20k still in the house.

Thanks Again!
