Nothing worse than killing an afternoon showing units to people you had no business dealing with in the first place.And if not full blown open houses, once you schedule a single showing do your best to set any other showings for that same time.

Took her over an hour and a half on a Saturday afternoon to take apart the faucet, go to the store, since its in NYC, took 30 minutes to find parking, and get back.

I went to Lowe's this afternoon to see what they were going to do to resolve the issue.

I would give it 3 1/2 stars as by the afternoon the Black Swan staff was doing their best to fill up the time till 5pm with various anecdotes  of how they negotiated with the airline ticket person or the hotel staff, or how they were given upgrades and freebies.

But I wouldn't want to stay in a space where it just looked like the host went out for the afternoon.
