We really don't have a great system right now for the rentals though I know I need it, seems the hardest part of that for me is the work order mechanism.... right now my go to guys barely operate a cell phone let alone a computer or technology that could help me out. 

Also, leverage technology as much as possible.

This technology is called AQ (stands for asset quality).

I would assume that by having a headquarters building there, it would bring forth jobs for those in the areas of business, energy, safety, technology, and community development they employ.

With todays technologies that is unacceptable.

Alot of businesses are run like it’s still the 80’s or 90’s and technology has come a long way.

Technology advancements such as email, phone calls, skype has enabled communication with a remote CPA to be seamless.

As far as rent collection is concerned Im still collecting rent the old fashioned way via a check or money order from the tenant and its immediately deposited into an account via mobile deposit technology.  

Someone with a personality, with technology skills, and someone who can write like they are getting paid for it... cause they would be.This is a full time position here at BiggerPockets, though you do not need to work in Denver.
