As a Canadian, you will be forced into a cash buy no matter where you are because you won't qualify for US mortgages.

He will be imposing more restrictions and controls in the US and thereby making Canadian oil more competitive again.

This year took off halfway through January which can only mean its going to be a crazy summer season and values should continue to rise faster assuming no global or micro-economic shifts.
