We are $75k across the board in every state I see $100-150k everywhere.Just jumping into this thread rather than start a new one and my questions are related to this one.  

I realized that my competition was reaching the target audience faster and more efficiently.Wholesaling is not about convincing someone to sell you their house; it's about finding sellers who are in need of your service as a wholesaler.
