Speeding ticket?

This internship is the ticket to gaining hands on experience and knowledge in CRE, but I cannot maintain my wholesaling gig while doing this internship.

I copied and pasted my response from a previous thread regarding the Dallas/DFW REIA:My experience might not be the most accurate based on me only attending 1 meeting for each group but here they are:DFW REIA - I attended a seminar with a "complimentary" ticket about 7 months ago and the host/owner of the REIA pretty much turned it over to her husband who was pushing for everyone to sign up for the $100-$200ish weekend class where they would actually teach about RE investing.

That's the ticket. 

There's the Cascadia Investors Alliance that meets in Lakewood once a month for free and Fixated on Real Estate that meets once a month in Renton for just $10 a ticket.

.), how many beds and baths, and to what extent are the big ticket items (referencing items that help sale the property, i.e. kitchen and baths) done?

I know it can be confusing sometimes because Dallas-Ft Worth is the BEST place for all these gurus to pop up and sell you a high ticket coaching program.But in all honestly I learned everything I know from reading books and taking action.

There are some great replies in here already but I would also want to suggest the use of virtual management software as a supplement to traditional management as well.There are some powerful software tools out there that essential manage all of those units from your computer screen (collect rent, process maintenance tickets).

Big ticket items to the budget are, a new roof, HVAC, and rotted sill.
