I'm not sure where those banks have all their locations, but it has been quite the difficult task finding a bank to work with me on this one...Now to the property managing softwares that can allow me to have multiple bank accounts to receive ACHs without paying crazy amounts of fees and providing proof of registration with the state....ugh... good luck!

In the mean time I will continue to learn how to analyze deals and educate my self but once its time to take the next step I want to have an idea at what location I would start looking.

I was wondering if anyone knows exactly how the mechanics of this site work regarding my profile location verses the states in which I want to market.

@Mark Adler My CPA is located in NYC but has a lot of experience with real estate investors-and is always very responsive.

@Kurt Gardner, similar experience here - a local portfolio bank had also offered my LLC a commercial LOC at 5.5% a few months ago.

I think they are probably cheaper than what you have been quoted, but then again, it depends on the area where the flip is located.

Hey @Rich Lopes - where is the house located, what type of residence, and is the $3900 FMR?

I am located in south central Illinois. 

Or should I just focus on different locations such as Fitchburg, MA (30-40 min from where I live) where the properties are more affordable?
