If they are planning to be rolling around in Bentleys like Wall Street banker, they wont last long, but if their prices stay within average or better, who cares, your saving money if you know it or not.If your flip can't support a fair price, your not doing to good as an investor, it's not the vendors fault you overpaid for a property and can't pay market for work to repair it.

(i.e. disputing that comments were written in MLS listings after I sent the listing in with the comments highlighted; saying that a sale hadn't yet closed when I submitted both the listing and the transaction history from the title company showing it closed 2 weeks before appraisal date)I am following all the rules and going through the appraisal management company.

It has support posts, but the structure is only bolted on to the brick of the building, whereas, a good long term solution would be to drill through the brick, hit a stud, and attach the structure to the stud.
