I think automation of home building technology (many off-site 3D printing players, some on site automation tech for construction of tract homes) will be a real factor in the next 3 to 10 years that will be the primary/only saving grace to actually make housing more affordable (easiest way to meaningfully decrease build costs).

I am not certain how doable that is without understanding the market, players, and offerings for PM services in KC so that is one of the many items I am in the process of researching.Once I have done that I think I will have a better feel for what is feasible.Best,Patrick

I basically said that to be the most effective you need to have your own marketing campaign which is currently the "yellow letter".There are a lot of accounting systems out there.You would do well to find the bigger players on here and make the contacts yourself.

The places that still do these have pretty strict requirements, the one I know of offhand required property to be paid off and would only go to 60%.Having the properties in an LLC will scare most of the big players away probably as well.
