Bill makes a good point and one I didn't mention because I assume people will update stuff before doing it, but with human nature I know I'm wrong.But the other point is much is still use-able.

And because boric acid is not very toxic for humans, it is relatively safe to use unless you have a baby that scoops up a whole bunch of it and eats it up.

The human mind is a curious thing. 

Does anyone know if it is humanly possibly to find a replacement for this?

And you want accurate predictions about what MIGHT happen if competing humans take action?

I looked into a block improvement project in Wilson and got lots of potential partners such as Habitat for humanity, Bk of Am, BB't. and city preservation society.  

Overall, just be human over the phone.

Here in the foothills, the risk of wildfire is already very high, and adding humans makes a spark more likely, meaning the state will be forced to mount a costly defense of people and property.

No one goes into business with a plan to provide less than amazing service, but it can happen and all you can do is try to correct it moving forwad.Mistakes will happen- we're still humans.
