I'll say I lurked until I was sure the site was genuine - I've been tired of getting my hopes up of finding a helpful online community, only to see you have to pay in order to do the most basic functions, enroll in a "program: or some sort of scam.

... take a different way home every day just so you can scope out the homes for sale.... hear about a retired couple who own their home free and clear and get genuinely aroused.... your best friend is crying in your arms about getting a divorce or losing a loved one and you begin asking, "So, what's your plans for the house?"

It helps.....and it gives a newbie extra confidence to go out in the real estate world and complete a deal when they know that they can have one person who genuinely (even if it's a paid service) does not mind helping them understand.

The people who buy these leases probably genuinely believe they're buying a property and they're gonna make a 10.25% return if they're not told otherwise by the developer, which they probably won't.

To each their own but you know its real when you see it in someone else and it cant be faked or reproduced. its genuine and real or its not there at all. 

It is quite pricey but if you can connect with someone who is genuine and has your interest at heart its definitely worth it.I lost a lot over $100,000 dollars in Australian real estate doing everything myself and making mistakes.
