Hi All, I am an investor in industrials and single family homes, and looking for my first deal in strip malls.

In short, people desire to work remotely, want to change jobs and industries, and feel no sense of urgency to get a job due to unemployment benefits.

From my experience the home building industry didn't really become standardized in any way until after WW2, so that homes built prior to that can vary wildly. 

All of them are fantastic teachers and none of them are "gurus" trying to sell you expensive boot camps or personal coaching programs or any of the other inflated stuff out there in the REI industry.

The biggest issue that I'm finding for getting approved is my employment history as I recently started a company within the Real estate investing and property management industry.  

For owner user industrial with an SBA loan, plan on 5-15% down.
