We currently own and operate a wedding venue and have 5 STR doors.

I currently manage several properties and own a restaurant, which has been an incredible journey in itself.I'm relatively new to property management and real estate investing, and I'm always looking to expand my knowledge and network with like-minded individuals.

The current flip I’m working on is rehabbing the main house and building an ADU utilizing the detached garage with Alley access.

It is in an A location however,  a large apartment complex is being built right next to our neighborhood currently.

I was wondering if there were any investors that are currently doing this.

Am with @Nathan G on this one.I currently have the following clause in my leases.Please check with your attorney to see if it will work in your state, but I also will not waste time with an attorney, but then again, my leases contain this clause, so tenants are made aware of my intent should they decide to abandon the place.Good luck PS. 

There is also a building that was previously used as a recording studio with a half bath (that isn’t currently functional).It needs some work.

Hello,I am currently in the process of closing on a duplex near Lima, Ohio that I will be house-hacking by living in one of the units for a couple of years.

I've been reading through the posts and seems like this is the place to be for RE stuff.I house hacked my way into my current primary residence, put significant work into renovations, and am ready to move for several reasons.
