(morning, afternoon, evening, night) and visited on weekdays and on weekends?

Widget will move in, pack the garage with years of junk, enroll his kids in the local school, play poker with the other beer drinking neighbors, and 5-10 years later, decide he wants to see something different when he's sitting on his lawn chairs in the summer afternoons.

Say Monday around 2 or 3 in the afternoon.

I've found that afternoons are best as they tend to sleep in from a late night of partying after a long day of doing nothing.

Good Afternoon Ladies and Gentlemen,I'm looking to sell an investment condo and purchase a lakehouse investment property.

The only complaint I had was when everyone take showers in the morning at 8:00AM, there's not enough hot water.Told the retired gentlemen who complained to take his shower in the afternoon when everyone's working.
