No other significant issues were identified during the home inspection.Questions - Here's where I throw myself at the mercy of the BP community for some guidance:I am working with electricians to get some quotes for replacing all old knob and tube and fixing any other potential electrical issues.

They are really more like any other contractor you would hire electrician, plumber etc. in this case they are your maintenance contractor/supervisors… I understand now; you’re the PM.

I've been buying in BULK and my house is starting to look like a Home DepotJune 2015--- I'm getting ready to close my first (normal deal) representing a friend of a friend on a condo purchase (easiest 4.5k i've ever earned)Learning experiences, i've been able to negotiate much much fairer prices for licensed HVAC services, I was going to go with a private lender for deal 5 but we couldn't come to terms- so I pulled out a LOC on my primary, I learned that I'll never do SOD again- leave it to the Pro's-- way too much work, I've changed electricians twice-- lowered cost by almost 1k for the same amount of work, will stick with the guy I have now for the foreseeable future.

Even if it has been relocated, check the junction boxes, you never know what kind of wiring might have been done by a previous owner or electrician.
