However just because the Agent is not bound to disclose to their principal ( if indeed they are in a principal: agent relationship) does not make disclosure unethical, it just means that they don't have to undertake that disclosure.The ethics of the Agent's actions is a grey area and would depend on the various factors outlined above - at least those would be the factors in FL and I stress that the structure may be different in your state.How and ever if you feel distressed about these events you may well have recourse to the law and to the licensing authorities and this would be the appropriate course of action in redressing these issues.
