I have several condos in another development on 95th & Brown Deer and likewise, they allow tenants but the association office must approve. 

Felecia Brown that may be a good price but depends on how many units (assuming a duplex) and size of each unit.

Currently living in this house is another BP member and friend Brandon Brown.

They look amazing  I colored my ugly oak brown look cabinets really dark and put on some nickel hardware handles and knobs  was simple to do and it looks professionally done  Look on the side of the box for all the colors and the people at the paint section will mix it that color.

I think @Sarah Brown raises an important point.

I find accent walls to be claustrophobic, but it does make for a cozy space in your example, and I'm so happy you just went with brown to tie in the floor and not some crazy bright red, like so many love to do.  

Most of our properties are neutral beige colors and our carpets are brown.
