They look amazing  I colored my ugly oak brown look cabinets really dark and put on some nickel hardware handles and knobs  was simple to do and it looks professionally done  Look on the side of the box for all the colors and the people at the paint section will mix it that color.

To start, I was thinking of changing out the vanity for one of these:https://www.lowes.com/pd/Style-Selections-30-in-Brown-Single-Sink-Bathroom-Vanity-with-White-Engineered-Stone-Top/1001719208or https://www.homedepot.com/p/Foremost-Series-1920-Pedestal-Combo-Bathroom-Sink-in-White-FL-1920-4W/100676572Next I was thinking of changing the mirror to something like this https://www.homedepot.com/p/Decor-Wonderland-32-in-x-24-in-Single-Jewel-Oval-Frameless-Mirror-with-Wall-Bathroom-Beveled-Edge-DWSM5039S1/312513113 (anything that wouldnt clash with the green tiling) but I could just be overdoing it.Could also be nice to change the showerhead.

@Jeff Brown, JrAnnual Property Management: 10% of gross collected income - This looks goodAnnual Vacancy Rate: 5-10% of gross collected income  - This looks good percent is based on your market2017 -> rate was only 3% (7% was highest over 10yrs)Annual Release Fee: 50% of 1st month’s rent (not even sure what this is, but have seen it included)  - I'm not sure what a release fee is.

I find accent walls to be claustrophobic, but it does make for a cozy space in your example, and I'm so happy you just went with brown to tie in the floor and not some crazy bright red, like so many love to do.
