Hi my name is Dan and I have a room available for rent in my home for anyone who might be looking for a place to live in San Pablo, CA. Currently living in this house is another BP member and friend Brandon Brown. We're just a couple of cool guys who will most likely be investing in a fix and flip project here shortly!
