Is the building department telling you that you need to put in egress windows?  

I can only control who I put in my property.

I'm contemplating contacting a handful of active home builders in this niche market to explore the idea of a partnership in which I would contribute the lot and they would put in a new home and we would potentially split the profits.  

Do you plan to put in another type of heat system altogether eventually? 

I will offer house with option fee and higher rent.My real question is, is it just okay to have my attorney do this paperwork and record or should I put in a Trust and then re-assign?

I cannot stand when these companies try to BS their customers into believing that their new unwanted policies are put in place as a benefit to the customer. 

If the plumber they used went in there and just snaked it, that would have been all they had known.Unless you can find some sort of smoking gun proof that the former owners were told by a plumber that the drain pipe was put in wrong and needed to be fixed, I don't see any way they could be held liable.Unfortunately, its just called a piece of bad luck.

She did the remodel and put in a deep kitchen sink and a disposer, and the disposer outlet is too high in relation to the drain's wall connection, so the disposer is always half filled with water.
