Does the east side of the mountain, in Carson City, have enough AirBNB demand to sustain a STR all year?

But since one of the fixed-rate MF has fixed rate, lets say they are able to sustain the DSCR into 1.05x in the last year for example so the LP/GP is at least able to return the equity.My question is, it is easy to understand the floating-rate GP MF would be under foreclosure with valuation of cap 6.0 ; but what happen to fixed-rate-GP ?

@David Beard - I resonated with your thoughts about selling.

The real question is how much longer will that sustain and is there room for rent growth (not picking on Austin, just hot markets in general).

The cash-flow will sustain the property and give me a few bucks, but I'm hopeful that it'll appreciate greater than normal as well over the next 5 years.  

With a minor in building systems and sustainability (Procure Property Management Cert. as well) , I also have an interest on how properties are being built along with the process that entails.
