2024 Real Estate Internship
Hello everyone,
I am currently a senior in college at Umass Amherst (Isenberg School of Management) and I have had an interest in real estate investing throughout. This winter I will receive my real estate license and post-grad I will receive my real estate certificate from the school. I have been trying to find various internships or mentorships that would let me understand more about the industry, but it has been hard to find something that suits me. With a minor in building systems and sustainability (Procure Property Management Cert. as well) , I also have an interest on how properties are being built along with the process that entails. I have found out that it is better for me to learn in an unconventional internship setting, something more organic where hands-on application is valued rather than going through the motions on a company computer. Does anyone have any suggestions? Any information will be greatly appreciated!
