Was doing grunt work for an investor who ran a larger REIA from 2008-2012, and then left dfw for college. came back, decided to invest/wholesale full time, I only lasted 2 weeks in that market...IT IS SATURATEDI worked a NOD list and homeowners would say "you're the 5th person to knock on my door... today".There's deals in any market, it's just a matter of how many others you're competing with to find those deals.

Nothing wrong with your setup using jobs, it's little more details than I need.For data entry purposes, keep your class codes short, or you will have trouble selecting them in the input screens, which has room to show the first six characters.

I want to get a clearer idea of what travel expenses I can write off, but I don't want to get into a gray area of risky tax practices, so here's my question: If I'm in town for a week, can I treat the first three days as a work trip and the rest as personal time, and write of the airfare and business costs with confidence that I'm not muddying the waters?
