After we get tenants in (for the income) or at the end of the promotion time we could refinance the new property to pay off the cards.

(I am not sure about the rules regarding self promotion)  If you are already working with an agent in the area I would love to work along side of them and give you my opinion on the property from a property management perspective.  

It also promotes your growth by offering you opportunities to share your thoughts and ideas with others  as you learn.

Turnkey is just a marketing term and it is bastardized to the point where even the promoters are calling themselves Turnkey companies even though they never buy, renovate or sell anything.  

However, in 1946, the WJ Howey case gave guidance on what a security actually is by establishing an easy to use test: 1.There is an investment of money.2.In a common enterprise (more than one investor).3.With the expectations of profits.4.Through the efforts of a promoter.

I am interested in some feedback from the group on the best real estate conferences  to promote our investor platform to accredited investors/equity groups. 

You can do that in so many ways. by producing valuable content, by connecting other people, or helping promote others content by engaging with it in a positive way.
