Hello, my name is Tanya.  I would like to build a foundation to start investing in Real Estate so I can quit my job and become a full time Real Estate Investor.  I prefer to buy and hold but am not opposed to flipping.  I am most interested in Single Family, Town Houses and Apartment buildings.  I want to buy as many properties as I can to build wealth and leave a generous Real Estate Portfolio for my two children so they will never have to work for anyone.
