I take a more organic approach myself and take all of those factors into consideration.

Check to with your local home builders organization as they will do reviews of new homes.

The staging looks very nice (in my opinion), the photos could be better, however it sounds like you are getting traffic but no offers?

Show them your traffic to your site:explain to the agent that 90% of the people submitting forms simply want to sell at market value.

I'm hoping the traffic issues don't get to bad.

Up here smooth walls and ceilings are preferred (after the hideousness of the 70s and 80s).In our units we use flat white on ceilings and eggshell on walls with the exception of kitchens, bathrooms and high traffic areas (such as mud rooms) where we will use a velvet sheen on the wall (easier to clean, but not shiny).For "modern" trim we use "perl" as it is not as shiny as semi-gloss.  

You will have email and phone traffic, and the reality is that by the time you can get in to show the place a lot of those people will have gone on to other units, but at the end of the day you only need one.I just did a sale and short term lease back with a seller who was waiting for their newly purchased property to close.

With the amount of traffic coming to Belize, the market is very ripe for needing space for tourists.  

Take pictures, post promotions, highlight events such as an acoustic night, etc - all of this will drive interest and traffic to your store.
