Partnering with an owner, you need a power of sale (that can be terminated but I never had an owner do that) you can encumber the property with liens, if you're in title you can force sale, if not your attorney can motivate the owner.

It's also amazing at how well the Republicans have spun the best interests of big business and our 1% as being the patriotic thing to do, playing on emotions and fear to motivate the base.Anyway, Romney certainly demonstrated very clearly his position and attitude in front of those who paid more than most of those 47% make in a year for dinner just to be in the room with him.
