A direct request where you ask the person to act (to call, visit a website, etc).You could have more than one card if you wanted to segment your target market and then use specific cards for specific purposes.At some level do not ask the card to do more than it can do.

You can check their website, then Business Services > Small Business > Manage/Assess Credit >Consumer Credit Profile, then view the PDF Credit Profile Report and you will see the myriad of details included on their reports.

They are the ones working with controlled substances and responsible for their license.Also check the state website as any such law will normally be spelled out there.
