Oh, you want to screen that renter on a holiday?

For me, it is not being able to control when the workload hits you... right before vacation,  during vacation,  during the holidays.

This holiday season, take some time to watch the classic movie "It's a Wonderful Life", whether or not you've seen it before.  

@Dan Butler and I were just discussing this AM that the collection rates for Dec 2015 have been the highest December we've seen since we started in 2001 (as we all know, December is usually the hardest month of the year because of the holidays)!

The Expedition was bought new because it was a "Only one at this price" holiday weekend special I notice two days before the actual holiday while looking through the paper for a used Expedition or Suburban.

@DJ Cummins I live in Holiday Shores and want to invest in the metro area.

Example, I was out of town from Christmas to New Years and I only got two calls from tenants and both were very apologetic to bothering me during the holidays.

Now is a great time to be looking at properties since the holidays slow down everything.
