Jon's prob dead on (imagine that) at $10/ft to bust up and redo the concrete with the haul off.The disclosure thing is tough, but it sure sounds like the city served them notice and they sold instead of fixing.

I'm not sure about the used truck market where your at but a $2000 truck used just for maintenace on a rental property or two will do just fine.I'm a car fanatic my self and I wont part with my toys just for a truck to use on rentals.
