I considered it but it definitely opens a can of worms when you show that you are human.

My agent sent me the video walk-thru and I submitted a full price offer within hours.

The problem is that my market is full of RE investors who just want to deal in cash.

Experienced as real estate developer in Texas, I think you need a full service developer or you can sell the land as-is.

I could go on with excuses about working full-time and going to school full time, but the bottom line is I didn't make the cut so I switched majors.

So, in the big picture it gives him full title and all the other relatives are out, but I'm really concerned about the investment property thing.
