We really do try and focus on education.

I have been educating myself through networking and assisting investors recently and I am finding a lot of success with it.

The goal isn't comprehension at this point.2.

I am currently a commercial real estate sales agent in Frisco, Texas and I am looking to relocate to Denver, Colorado.To get my sales Agent license in Texas I had to complete 180 hours of qualifying education courses. 

Have been self-educating through multiple books, BP podcasts and forums, etc...I plan to invest in real estate as a side hustle. 

Food, shelter, medical, dental, education, gas etc.

I am an attorney and would not require the exam, education and certification requirements.It seems like it is pretty helpful as an investor from the podcasts and various information I've reviewed.
