Colorado Real Estate Agent Qualifying Courses

Hunter Crowder
Posted

Hey Everyone!

I am currently a commercial real estate sales agent in Frisco, Texas and I am looking to relocate to Denver, Colorado.

To get my sales Agent license in Texas I had to complete 180 hours of qualifying education courses. In Colorado they only require 168 hours.

Does anyone know if I can use the Texas courses towards my license in Colorado? or would I have to take all new courses?

I appreciate any advice! Thanks for your time.
