I'm a pretty small fish in the relative ocean of a company, but figured I'd speak up to say we aren't all that way and those of us who don't use those tactics wish the ones who did would knock it off.I joined for the system, technology, training, and equity program.

I am sure I could have made a lot more money but I do this for fun.I compare the way I do real estate investing like some other people look at Golf, deep sea fishing or some other high end hobby. 

I don't offer ethernet lines as I don't want to fish them in every wall.

Vegas has probably the best of all worlds NO income tax  and tax rates half of other states along with no weather concerns for on going maintenance.. plus when you run the numbers and you can buy a 300k prop that cash flows the same as a 100k prop in another market your fishing in the 700 plus Non section tenant pond..

I was out there for 5 months and it never rained.I missed all my lakes that I can go fishing on. 

'Be a big fish in a small pond', or 'be greedy where others are fearful' and all that.

Asking what that meant...he said he wanted to be his own boss and go hunting and fishing anytime he wanted.  

Others fish online using listsource, and filter potential leads by age, equity, foreclosure, etc.

Located near Luray Caverns, Shenandoah National Park, George Washington National Forest, and Shenandoah River Outfitters (fishing, kayaking, tubing adventures).

I'm still considering myself as a small fish the grand scheme of everything.
