If you are financing it is better to have a pre-approval loan letter submitteted with your offers.  

If you are getting financing get a  pre-approval letter that you should include when you make an offer.  

I also heard that if you are using financing you should take the time to get a pre-approval letter to include with your offers.  

If you are going to use loan financing get a pre-approval letter from someone and include it with your offers.  

A pre-approval letter is not cash.   

. #1 upgrade our participation as a pre approved contractor or vendor to a pre approved developer within the municipality with future acquisition benefits. #2 Negotiate an off market puchase of this property with the investor that actually was awarded this property via the auction.

I looked at the ski condos in CO before but couldn't figure out how to make it work without local presence. 80% is impressive.

I'm now trying to decide if a pre-built building or a shipping container is a more viable way to go.
