Hello all. New Active duty military member!

Hello everybody. 

I'd like to introduce myself, My name is Glenn. I'm sort of a new member here (been lurking for a little while) I'm active duty Air Force and a newish real estate investor on the side. I've been in for 15 years now and can see retirement on the horizon! Currently my wife and I are stationed in Japan for the next 3 years. I have a little investment experience, I have 2 single family rentals in Great Falls, Montana. The first was purchased as my primary residence and turned into a rental. The second was we bought and were turning it into an up & down duplex. We almost finished but got orders to Japan so we had to keep it as a large single family (with a full basement kitchen!). Both rentals have cash flowed nicely for us even with some repairs, vacancies and the difficulties of managing from overseas. 

I look forward to being involved in this community and learning from all of the seasoned investors on this site. I have noticed a bunch of fellow military investors on here which is great to see!
