Even though there is growing debt, most to interest on debt, I believe there is some belt tightening in government, perhaps not enough, but you can't back out on committments either, health care and war.

I work in healthcare so finding a job in Florida will be a smooth transition.

As someone new to the notes realm, I got stuck trying to understand what a note investor may want to see in order to invest in such a deal.I was also curious to see if and how other note-savvy investors use their knowledge of note structuring/brokering/buying/etc. to aid in putting together creative financing opportunities for RE deals.Again, my apologies if I wasn't clear.

There are also some online tools and books that will aid this process further.

I'm a 40 year old healthcare professional, currently living and working in South Jersey, but would like to live in Philly, I like the urban lifestyle.

One guy said he'd throw some tar up and try to patch a few holes for $4-5k, but he said he didn't recommend that because it's just a band-aid. 

I have no kids or spouse so I have to make sure I have enough money to afford home health care and housekeeping to avoid being shipped to the old folks home!
