And as long as you can raise the down payment you can buy up to 10 properties under the fannie/freddie umbrella (last 4 require a 30% down).And that's why you want to keep that 4K in your pocket!

meeting with an attorney is the best way to figure out what works for you, so many variables.Look into umbrella insurance as well.Good luck!
