I'm a 100% newbie who has been in the study step for about 3 solid months.  

First step  in becoming a landlord is studying the state landlord tenant regulations and understanding how they are applied and enforced.

Indianapolis was recently named the #2 city in America for new college graduates by Trulia and holds a respectable position in most other similar ranking studies. 

I'll be studying hard!

Our coach actually studied directly under him.There's also a coaching company called EOS that I've heard a lot of great things about.

We talked more and more while cleaning the shrimp together and he found out that I study real estate due to always having my headphones with me to listen to the bigger pocket podcasts and he stated that he has propert in Oregon, Colorado, and in Hawaii.

Has any GC's out there done there study for the exam though an online study site.
