The condo and town only communities tend to be a race to the bottom with rates, far less than a hotel room and they just don't make sense (IMO)

You will spend a lot to try to compete and rates are a race to the bottom and you cannot compete with people who bought 5 years ago at half the price and half the interest rate.

I have horse blinders on, as Sedona has some of the best appreciation and ROI in the country right now- but of course it's expensive to buy here.

Some old installs wire right to the front of the home with the meter out front--maybe a status symbol in the horse and buggy days (Look Mable, old Earnest has that newfangled electricity), but not the most curb attractive look in modern times.Good Luck!

When markets get saturated or demand drops, condo's tend to race to the bottom in terms of pricing to stay booked.
